dji flip: first flight

I love the feel of flying from third person perspective with the dji flip riding against the burms, sweating, and the control of the bike while rushing past trees.

The 4k quality media has motion steady visuals of high definition zoom and full color range of your surroundings. With the three times zoom and the smooth transitions seem transparent the the surroundings and the subjects in each frame of video.

Im still always looking back to see the flip and what its doing or still there and the subtle sounds its making while ringing in my ear from behind me, avoiding trees, braches, or the occasional passing car. Its amazing and manages to achieve the impossible and the ability to see around the obstacles while maintaining the clear and desired effects and orders you give from either voice commands, phone, or the remote controlls. The tracking distance of the unit is impressive. The flip is like a team effort you get familiar with the orders and settings and let the drone do all the heavy lifting. Its truly set it and forget it in a compact light weight drone rig. Aside from voice commands your phone or a mic can add the advanced capability to record high quality sounds to the video from a distance at the convienience of the pilot and its evironments around them adding that much more immersion than some fpv kits available.

The drone is like a floating mirror and exists to view the scenery, prove you did the ride, and to give you a feeling of what the trail is all about. Ah the memories.
